All children must be properly supervised by parents or guardians throughout your stay, both at Chichester Lake Lodge and including all park organised activities. Due to the lakefront location, we do not recommend Chichester Lake Lodge as suitable for children under 5 years old or for those of any age unable to swim. The lake is deep and not suitable for swimming.
The park operators reserve the right to deny access to their facilities and/or any children’s activities if, in the reasonable opinion of the management of the park, they believe that any child or children will be unduly disruptive. A cleaning fee is charged to ensure the lodge is cleaned to a high standard ready for the next guests, not as a replacement for guests leaving it clean and tidy. The cleaning fee ensures the lodge is professionally prepared to a high standard for incoming guests. It does not replace the requirement for guests to leave the lodge clean, tidy and free from rubbish.
